The Educator's Lift was created to strengthen the people who strengthen students. It is a digital place of encouragement, appreciation, and rest for everyone who helps someone learn.

Education is demanding work. It requires patience, preparation, leadership, compassion, flexibility, and emotional strength. Many educators and school professionals pour into others every day while receiving very little encouragement themselves.

The Educator's Lift exists to remind every teacher, leader, driver, counselor, custodian, paraprofessional, college professional, homeschool parent, and support worker that their work has meaning. We believe each person who serves in education deserves an award, each one deserves a trophy, and each one deserves special gratitude that does not come once a year but every single day.

This platform is here to provide encouragement for hard days, perspective for confusing days, information for changing times, celebration for good days, and spiritual strength for every season.
